Initiate Your Request

Log into your SmartiMobile account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Device

Perform a factory reset to remove all personal data and cloud locks, then pack the device securely in its original packaging including all chargers and manuals.

Ship the Package

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
